Judgement reserved in Patlakwe appeal

Judgement in the case in which the state is appealing against Norman Patlakwe's rape case ruling has been reserved.

Patlakwe was initially declared not guilty by the Village Magistrate, Oliviah Zvide. High Court judge, Onkemetse Tshosa, who is now presiding over the matter said that he has reserved the judgement but will deliver it within a time period not exceeding three months.

The state is represented by Thabo Malembane in the appeal against Patlakwe's acquittal and he is arguing that the medical report  in the case was  not included during the trial.
