Judgement in mayoral battle reserved for December

FRANCISTOWN: Judgement in the case in which former Mayor of Francistown Ephraim Maiketso is challenging his removal from the mayorship, will be delivered on December 13.

Maiketso wants his reinstatement case to be heard out of time because he believes it has high prospects of success.

On the other hand, Francistown City Council (FCC) lawyer, Wada Nfila, and Tshepiso Katse, who represents current Mayor James Kgalajwe, oppose Maiketso’s attempt at reinstatement.
