LOBATSE: Former Cabinet minister Charles Tibone has been ordered to pay costs for the failed commencement of the explosive case that is set to expose trade secrets among Botswana's socialites.

Judge David Newman then rescheduled the case for November 28 - December 9. "The defendants shall bear the costs of the plaintiffs, occasioned by the postponement, such costs to include the costs of two counsel, inclusive of any agreed collapsed fees," Newman ordered.
