Joina has vicarious responsibility - ex-worker

A paralegal assistant Misheck Nyakaswa, says his former employer and human rights lawyer Themba Joina is failing to pay him workman's compensation, after he was nearly killed doing his legal work.

Nyakaswa was working for Joina's law firm in 2005 when he was attacked by a hostile client in Gantsi. 

Nyakaswa had travelled to Gantsi, Northwest District, to execute a court order to attach the man's house.  But in a brutal attack, the man slit open Nyakaswa's stomach with a knife and left him clutching his intestines.  Nyakaswa said it was only the man's wife who pleaded that he should spare his life.
