The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) primary election loser, Kamal Jacobs has withdrawn a case in which he was challenging Mokgweetsi Masisi’s legitimacy as the president of the ruling party.

Jacobs reasons that Khama was the only one who could explain to court about the BDP procedure on the matter.
