The ‘Go See, Come Tell’ is critical to the fate of the 900 or so Namibian refugees holding out at Dukwi, as it directly points to whether the situation prevailing in that country is safe for them to return.

At present, the Namibians together with the Botswana Council of Churches and Ditshwanelo, say threats and even death await them  in Namibia. Government and the UNHCR say there’s nothing to fear.

The High Court has granted an interdict preventing deportation and reasons are due from acting Judge Jennifer Dube on March 18.
