FRANCISTOWN: The defence attorney will have to prove before court that there are any extenuating circumstances that led to his client killing three people in cold blood.

This came to the fore in a case in which Mugundu Moshanga was found guilty of shooting to death Mozulu Jackson and his wife Katiko Jackson and their nephew, Kaikura Kebonyekgosi, at Chikumuchu village near Shakawe in April 2009.

Moshanga was also convicted of one count of robbing the Jacksons P1,000 and their cellphones before he shot them.
