Headmasters' 'union' causes anger

Teacher's unions have reacted with anger to a suggestion by Education and Skills Development Minister Pelonomi Venson that school heads should form their own union.

Venson made the call on Tuesday during a meeting for the North East and Central regions held in Francistown.

The Unions see the suggestion as a ploy to weaken the labour movement in Botswana and an attempt to exploit school heads.
