Guma, Olopeng fight for unfreezing of accounts

Tati East Member of Parliament, Samson Moyo Guma and the minister of Youth, Sport and Culture, Thapelo Olopeng have accused the state of rushing to freeze their accounts. They accused the state of embarking on a ‘fishing expedition’ that has yielded no results.

In court on Monday, the duo, through their lawyers, said the state had rushed to secure an interim order freezing their accounts, then embarked on a “fruitless fishing expedition”.
