�Good Samaritan� pleads guilty to rape

The State alleges on the night of March 16, 2014, Christopher Cairos (28) of Kgaphamadi location met the 36-year-old complainant, who was from Tutume, at Scalvate near Nzano Mall and attempted to rape her.

According to the facts read in court, the victim had been invited by a friend to go to Francistown so that the friend would look for a job for her. On the night, the friend asked for sexual favours from the complainant, but she declined. After she refused, the friend chased her away from his house in the middle of the night.
