Gang stabs man to death

PALAPYE: Police are investigating a case in which a 48-year-old man was stabbed to death by a group of young men aged between 20 and 25 over the weekend at the village‘s popular bar, Makgabana.

Assistant superintendent Kebonye Kudumane said the deceased met his fate when a group of young men fought him following a misunderstanding.

Apparently the deceased was enjoying drinks with his friend in his car inside the bar premises and the duo in jest would call any woman passing by to join them in the car.
