Francistown regional blood centre complete

Speaking at the world blood donor commemoration and official opening of the centre, the US Ambassador to Botswana, Earl Miller said the construction of the facility is the latest example of the impact of PEPFAR’s collaboration with the government of Botswana.

He said it also represents a huge step forward in the history of the Botswana national blood transfusion service, as it will coordinate all blood service operations for the northern region.
