Four murder accused get bail

FRANCISTOWN: Four men accused of murder were granted bail by Principal Magistrate Sijabuliso Siziba yesterday. Bokamoso Charles, Mompati Gabanakgang, Moses Seleka and Jobe Gabanakgang who are all in their 20s are alleged to have killed their acquaintance Moratiwa Motswaise at the popular Somerset West shopping complex on June 5 at night.

When granting bail, Siziba told Mompati and Jobe to report at Serowe and Metsimotlhabe police stations respectively every Tuesday. The two were ordered to pay 1,000 each as surety.

The magistrate gave Charles and Seleka the same bail conditions and told them to report to Kutlwano police station every Tuesday.
