Former spy chief Kgosi withdraws threat to kill case against Moshoke

Opposition leader Advocate Duma Boko's bodyguard and entrepreneur, Elliot Moshoke's threat-to-kill case is set to be dropped after the complainant in the matter, the former Director General of Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) withdrew the case this morning before Extension II magistrate's court.

However, the matter could not be finalised as the prosecution asked for time to advise itself on the development.

The matter is likely to be finalised on June 26, as the state is expected to drop the charge against Moshoke.
