Minister for Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism, Tshekedi Khama and former CEO, Thabo Dithebe traded accusations against each other.
Guma said this was necessitated by the fact that besides the nine months the organisation was operating without a board, there were irregularities from as far back as 2008. He said as opposed to a financial audit, a forensic audit is more comprehensive as it does not deal only with finances, but also with all activities within the organisation.
