FNB Hosts Cocktail Session For F/town Clients

FRANCISTOWN - On Thursday, FNB hosted its Francistown customers to a cocktail session aimed at creating a conversation between the Bank and the customers. FNB believes that having a close relationship with customers is fundamental in improving the banking experience, and this could only be achieved through customer engagement sessions where both parties get to share ideas, experiences and way forward to solve customer angst.

Sharing a holistic value proposition with customers, the Head of Premier Banking Kabelo Ramaselwana unpacked the lucrative proposition, which includes the introduction of Premier suites and Premier Bankers solely availed for their utilisation.

“A team of well-trained bankers is availed at your fingertips, should you require some help with banking or your account, just call our service suite and a specialist will help you effortlessly, you do not even have to come to the branch for help,” said Ramaselwana. This service curbs branch visits immensely hence saving time for valued customers.
