The Francistown High Court has dismissed an attempt by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to confiscate a Ford Ranger linked to alleged corruption in the multi-million pula Tutume Infrastructure Project.

The judge also criticised the prosecution for trying to withdraw the case at the eleventh hour without following court rules.
