Eight schools in the Selebi-Phikwe area were declared winners of the Cashbuild Art-at-Heart competition.

They each received a Cashbuild building material voucher to the value of P12,000 at the Cashbuild Selebi-Phikwe Store opening ceremony held on March 23, 2017. Their winning vouchers will allow the schools to undertake vital maintenance work, including, for example, cloakroom repairs, building a new shelter for assembly and new ceilings.

Boitshoko, Reuben Mpabanga and Joseph Anderson Memorial Primary Schools were three of the eight schools that received a Cashbuild building material voucher to the value of P12,000 apiece. Boitshoko head teacher, Mma Lekone said they look forward to maintaining and repairing their cloakrooms and replacing a few broken doors and windows.
