The State alleges that Alidy Alidy, 58, on or about February 21, 2012, then based in Gaborone as a police officer, received a bribe of P3,000 from a certain Mr. Thakotona to destroy a docket.
Alidy’s attorney, Kgololesego Segabo and the prosecutor told the court that the defence and prosecution were still waiting for the record of proceedings from the magistrate’s court to be transcribed.
