Elephants seen in Kweneng, Kgatleng Districts - DWNP

The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism through the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (DWNP) would like to inform the public that there are elephants roaming in Kweneng and Kgatleng District.

Their spoors were seen at Lephaleng lands and Seshoboloko area on Tuesday and Wednesday morning in Kgatleng District, and in Legonono, Kudumelapye, Ngoatlhwane lands in the Kweneng District yesterday.

Also on the April 16, 2017 one elephant was seen in Marungwana and Munyetlatlala lands. Wildlife officers are working around the clock searching and driving them back to conservation and range areas.
