Double murder accused pleads guilty

Murder accused, Daniel Phadisa of Extension 27 in Gaborone, yesterday shocked the entire courtroom by pleading guilty to murder when asked to respond to the bail conditions presented by the prosecution.

The 32-year-old Phadisa appeared before Broadhurst Magistrate, Gaseitsewe Tonoki on two counts of murder.

Court revealed that on Independence Day Phadisa murdered Bembe Magosi and Gomolemo Motladile at Phiring location in Broadhurst, Gaborone.
