A case involving a director at the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS), who is accused of raping his daughter, has been postponed to next year after the state failed to furnish the defence with the necessary documents.

The spy agent (names withheld), who is in his late fifties, faces a charge of raping his daughter, who is a minor. The incident allegedly took place early this year between March 1st and 31st.

It is alleged that the spy agent violated his child on numerous occasions at their place of residence in Block 10.
