Ramozara Fights For A Piece Of Culture Spears - One of the three musketeers at Culture Spears Thembeni Ramosetheng has started a legal process to claim his stake in the super group he helped found in 2005.

After nine years at the top of the Botswana entertainment industry with the super group, Thembeni, known for such hits as Borikhirikhi, mantwaneng, Bodimo, Kentane, from the group’s four famous albums, has approached his lawyers to seek perpetual royalties from the songs and the albums he helped made famous.

Thembeni, who does not feature at all in the group’s latest release, Kulanche, is also seeking to be paid for the use of his image on the latest album’s sleeve. Thembeni claims he clearly made it known to Culture Spears’ that he wouldn’t want his image to be used on an album he took no part in producing.
