Court urged to tame Tempest

The trial in which a 68-year old Briton, Phillip James Tempest, is facing charges of indecent assault will come to an end next month.

This comes after Extension II Magistrate Faith Dlamini Ngandu set December 14 as judgement day.

Tempest is charged alongside Lorraine Katakwe (21), who is alleged to have helped Tempest fondle a 13-year-old girl's breasts while causing her to rub Tempest's penis until he ejaculated.
