Court rules against Mascom in My Zaka case

FRANCISTOWN: The magistrate court here ruled yesterday that Mascom should provide Boldwin Samuel with personal details of a person he accidentally sent money to using the communications service provider’s transfer service.

Samuel had sent the money to a stranger using the service otherwise called My Zaka Mascom Money.

Magistrate Jennifer Chikate ruled that Mascom should provide Samuel with Omang, names, physical address, date of birth, gender and employment status of the person he accidentally sent money to on September 26 this year.
