SHAKAWE: Botswana Congress Party (BCP) secretary general, Kentse Rammidi has said the much-publicised coalition talks between his party and the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) will be completed before Christmas.

Briefly addressing the media at his party’s non-elective conference over the weekend in Shakawe, Rammidi said both parties have agreed on the final outcome.

“I can assure you that the talks will be completed before the Christmas break,” said Rammidi. He ruled out the possibility that the BCP will go at it alone if the talks fail.
