CMS Graft Case Set For October

The Central Medical Stores (CMS) fraud case where 11 people are standing trial for swindling the organisation of P21 million will be decided in October.

This is after the case was postponed on Friday to give way to the on-going Nchindo trial. Regional Magistrate Lot Moroka set new dates for continuation of the trial to October 4 and 18-19.

Moroka said the court will decide on who among the 11 suspects has a case to answer.
