Chief Justice Julian Nganunu yesterday bid Lobatse High Court Judges, and his office staff farewell as he broke the news that he was resigning from his post to go and rest.

Nganunu's resignation was confirmed by the High Court spokesperson Janet Mudongo, who also added that it will be effective immediately, meaning he will not address the Legal Year opening today in Lobatse.

Mudongo said her office would release a statement today because they were still busy preparing for the opening of the legal year yesterday.
