CAAB can't find mystery aircraft

The Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB) is still investigating reports that a South African aircraft crossed into Botswana without authority, putting the security of the country in jeopardy.

Public affairs manager at CAAB, Modipe Nkwe said yesterday that although they have found nothing in their records, investigations have to continue to ascertain the reports.

"The investigations are ongoing, but there are no records in our systems that show any untoward aircraft," he said.
