The 12-year-old boy who slipped into a coma after a vicious assault allegedly by a Bangladeshi businessman, has finally been discharged from hospital and is with his parents.

The Broadhurst Magistrate court yesterday heard that Jerry is now with his parents, but on assisted breathing, through a tube. He was discharged in December.
