The Africa Internet Summit (AIS) 2016 will be held in Gaborone, from the 29 May to the 10 June 2016. Organised in collaboration with the African Network Operator Group (AFNOG) and the African Network Information Centre (AFRINIC), the Summit is composed of training week (May 29 – June 6) and plenary conference (June 07-10) and will be held at the Gaborone International Conference Centre.

The focus of the AIS-16 will be the role and impact of the Internet in African development, under the theme “Beyond connection: Internetworking for African Development”.

The AIS is a pinnacle multi-stakeholder event combining workshops, networking platforms, conference, training and networking for the Internet industry.
