Duma Boko’s bodyguard, Elliot Moshoke, will have to wait a bit longer to know his fate as the Extension II Magistrate yesterday failed to deliver a ruling on his application for charges pending against him to be withdrawn.

Moshoke has been charged with threat-to-kill after the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) boss, Isaac Kgosi laid a complaint.

However, the bodyguard, through his attorney, Dick Bayford, recently applied for the charges to be quashed. Yesterday, Extension II Magistrate, Batho Kgeretlhwa could not deliver the ruling on the application, as it was not ready.
