Boitekanelo to develop entrepreneurial ecosystem blueprint

Boitekanelo College, in collaboration with Professor John Gershenson, the director of the Penn State Humanitarian Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship programme, seeks to develop a blueprint for an entrepreneurial ecosystem, particularly focusing on healthcare entrepreneurs.

Boitekanelo College recently hosted an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Workshop, led by Gershenson, a prominent figure in the field of social entrepreneurship.

Gershenson, currently a Fulbright Specialist at Boitekanelo College, has a wealth of experience, having co-founded and served as the CEO for two Kenyan startups and advised and launched several companies in East Africa. The workshop, conducted at the main campus in Tlokweng, brought together key stakeholders from various industries, including education.
