BNFYL urges opposition to unite, unseat BDP

The Botswana National Front Youth League (BNFYL) president Kagiso Ntime has alleged that the president, Ian Khama might hand over power to the military within two to three years time.

Speaking at a press conference held yesterday in Gaborone Ntime said that there is a big political revolution in motion in the country, as ruling Botswana Democratic Party splits, its members joining the newly formed Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD).

He urged the BNF and other opposition parties to come together and unseat the BDP, which he said has been weakened beyond repair. He said Khama might buckle under pressure.
