BMD in registration drive

The Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) has revealed that it has registered about 65, 000 members in its three months existence as a political party

.Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday interim BMD treasurer Guma Moyo told journalists that the movement has been receiving a lot of members, especially from the Botswana Democratic Party and Batswana who have been non-aligned to political parties.

Interim BMD deputy chairperson Botsalo Ntuane told the same press meeting that so far the party website, which was launched three months ago has received 88, 000 hits.
