BDP scribe hails defecting councillor

He told a rally in Mogapi that he is impressed by the defection of area councillor, Joseph Dintwa to the Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD). He stated that Dintwa is better than some people who are in the party and destroying it from inside. He urged BDP members to unite and work for the work. He stated that if BDP members are not united, it will be easy for their enemies to detect such weakness and destroy them.

"Mmadinare constituency is a stronghold of the BDP and you must go back to your wards and cells and work for the party. The defection of the councillor must not make you lose hope. You must recruit new members into the party," he said.
