BDP nominate another councilor

MABUTSANE- Following the resignation of former nominated Councillor, Mephato Reatile to join Parliament last year, another Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) councillor has been nominated to fill the vacant post.

Ditiro Burunyana Rantalajwe stepped in on February to fill in the vacant post at Mabutsane Sub-Council and he is expected to be sworn at the Southern District full council meeting billed for March 20.

Rantalajwe has been a staunch member of the ruling party and he served as a councillor for Mokhomma ward from 2004 to 2014.
