BDP Nkange in the hunt for ward candidate

FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) in Nkange was thrown into a tumult after one of the council candidates withdrew from the race.

The party has confirmed that the Nkange north council aspirant, Nelson Tsayang, handed in his letter spelling out his reasons for withdrawing his candidature.

Tsayang says he wants to concentrate more on church duties. The Nkange parliamentary candidate, Edwin Batshu declined to comment
