FRANCISTOWN: Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Francistown region is literally a party at war with itself. Latest reports emanating from the region reflect a party torn apart by factionalism with the worst expected to hit the ruling party if not well managed.

Week in and week out, the party factions literally launch bitter salvos against each other in an endeavour to position themselves for the control of the party.

The BDP central committee members have been making endless trips to Francistown hoping to find elusive peace but it does not seem they are getting any closer to remedying the situation.
