BDP Secretary General Mpho Balopi on Sunday told The Monitor that the BDP believes the IEC misled itself when it refused the BDP’s nomination for the constituency claiming that the candidate, Ignatius Moswaane had been rejected by the Court on Thursday.

However, Balopi says the IEC should have known that the High Court ruling had merely ordered the central committee of the BDP to go back and listen to the queries raised by the complainant Whyte Marobela and make a determination.
