The Botswana Defence Force (BDF) will return to court to attempt overturning the 2016 judgement that forced the army to reinstate their very own star-crossed lovers.

The Commander of BDF through the Attorney General will be back in court on April 18, 2018 at the Court of Appeal (CoA) to try their luck in reversing Justice Zein Kebonang’s judgement issued on November 18, 2016 that ruled in favour of the lovers.

Kebonang had ordered the immediate reinstatement of Thabang Tlhapisang and her lover, Kozondu Cisquo Uariua, who were dismissed for allegedly contravening the military’s Policy on Fraternisation and Sexual Harassment, two years ago.
