BDC probe team announced

The highly anticipated parliamentary select committee to probe allegations of corruption and maladministration at the Botswana Development Corporation (BDC) Palapye Fengyue Glass Project was announced yesterday.

The committee comprises Tawana Moremi (Maun West), Charles Tibone (Tati West), Master Goya (Palapye), Olebile Gaborone (South East North), Odirile Motlhale (South East South), Mephato Reatile (Ngwaketse West), Gilson Saleshando (Selebi-Phikwe West) and Tshekedi Khama (Serowe North West).

Kanye South MP Abraham Kesupile is the committee chairman. The ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) and the Botswana National Front (BNF) each have three representatives on the committee.
