BCPYL set to adopt new constitution

The youth league president, Tumiso Rakgare, who ascended to the position last year May, in Francistown, confirmed this to Mmegi yesterday.
“We have rounded up our structures in recent times and they have highlighted a few factors which I cannot discuss now, that have to be changed in our constitution so that it is realigned to the constitution of the mother party,” Rakgare said.
