FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Congress Party (BCP) is hopeful that a by-election Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Umbrella For Democratic Change (UDC) will be signed before the Sekoma village by-election.

The BCP recently submitted an MoU to the UDC requesting that the two parties work together in by-elections whilst waiting for the formalisation of the coalition talks.
