Barolong chief due in court today

LOBATSE: Barolong senior court representative, Kgosi Mompati Marumoloa kicks off his trial today, in a matter in which he is facing a charge of nuisance behaviour, disturbing public peace and causing havoc.

Lobatse magistrate, Mareledi Dipate will preside.

In the case, which has attracted huge public interest, Marumoloa is alleged to have hurled insults at his Goodhope Customary Court subordinates on February 12, during a dispute of alleged conspiracies and backstabbing.
