“Less Fortunate Needy and Orphanage was registered early this year with an intent to help those in need and the orphans. We have so far assessed five families that are in dire need. We assist them with donations of food, clothes and other things from donors and personal finances,” she said.

Bapene added that a lot of people in Mmanoko are living in poverty and most students walk long distances to school, something that leads to some of them dropping out of school, while others perform badly.
