Arrest warrant out for 'Facebook rapist' suspect

FRANCISTOWN: A warrant of arrest was on Tuesday issued against an alleged rapist and robber who posed as a policeman luring his victims by using Facebook.

The alleged perpetrator, Dropper Monna, 33, was granted bail by the then Chief Magistrate Thebeetsile Mulalu who as of beginning of April was transferred to Maun. 

The state alleges that Monna, a former security officer, raped his first victim on March 1, 2018 at Block 5 and robbed her of a black Lenovo cellphone worth P599.
