Arone promised wealth in the BDP � Kekgonegile

Kekgonegile told Mmegi that Arone has been trying to recruit some party members to join the BDP with him but they have since rejected. “We were notified by our members that he has been hosting meetings trying to convince them to join the BDP. He told elders that with opposition politics one would die poor stating that he had been offered instant wealth at the BDP,” he said.

He said they were happy that besides his campaign manager, the other people he tried to recruit  rejected him including two councillors. He said their party is intact and their ward committees have started surveillance on Arone and cautioning every BCP member he attempts to recruit.
