Former Directorate of Intelligence Service (DIS) director-general, Isaac Kgosi was arrested at his attorney's office on Friday.

This was after an ambiguous judgement left both the defence and prosecution lawyers arguing outside the court over what the court decision meant for Kgosi’s prospects of freedom. Amid the confusion, Kgosi left the court premises before the security agents could get to him. He was later located at Thabiso Tafila Attorneys where the agents finally took him out of the law firm premises whisking him off to jail.
