Angry magistrate agrees to postpone CMS case

Some of the accused men in the Central Medical Stores (CMS) P21 million case have pleaded with Regional Magistrate Lot Moroka to postpone the trial.

The pleas by Patrick Cole, Clement Molefhe, Abram Marumo and David Tumagole come amid fears that Moroka could continue with the case without their lawyer, Duma Boko.

Boko sent a letter through a lawyer working for his firm, Aobakwe Monamo, on Monday asking the court to postpone the case to February next year because he will not be available for the case until then.
